Why ReClaim Counseling

What Makes My Practice Different

Therapy should feel safe — but it should also feel purposeful.

In my practice, I intentionally balance warmth with structure. You will have space to process openly and honestly, while also gaining practical tools to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.

Many of the individuals I work with are strong and capable, yet internally overwhelmed. They often carry responsibility quietly and struggle to slow down long enough to care for themselves. My goal is to create an environment where you can step out of survival mode and into intentional growth.

I approach therapy collaboratively and thoughtfully. Treatment is not one-size-fits-all — it is tailored to your unique experiences, patterns, and goals. Together, we focus on increasing insight, strengthening emotional regulation, and building healthier ways of responding to life's challenges.

Just as each new day begins with light on the horizon, healing often starts with small, steady steps. Therapy can be the place where clarity returns, hope feels possible again, and a new beginning quietly takes shape.

Services

How I Can Help

Individualized treatment designed to address both the emotional experiences you're navigating and the underlying patterns contributing to them.

Anxiety & Chronic Stress

You may feel constantly on edge, emotionally exhausted, physically tense, or responsible for everyone else's needs. Together, we will identify thought patterns contributing to distress, develop emotional regulation skills, and create practical strategies to help you feel more steady and in control.

Trauma & PTSD

You may notice intrusive memories, heightened reactivity, difficulty trusting others, emotional disconnection, or repeating relationship patterns. My approach is trauma-informed and grounded in safety. We move at a pace that feels manageable, building stability while gently processing past experiences so they no longer control your present.

Depression & Mood Changes

You may experience loss of motivation or interest, persistent sadness or irritability, feeling stuck, low energy, or difficulty concentrating. Therapy will focus on identifying contributing thoughts, increasing behavioral activation, and rebuilding emotional momentum with support and structure.

Life Transitions & Relationship Stress

You may be navigating divorce or separation, career changes, caregiver stress, boundary challenges, or shifts in identity. We will work to increase clarity, strengthen communication skills, and develop healthier relational patterns.

What can I expect during the first session?

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another. We will discuss what brings you to therapy, your goals, and relevant background information.
